- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 slice bacon or Bac*Os bacon bits
- 1 c. green peas, cooked
- 1/3 c. white wine or chicken broth
- 1 (17 oz.) jar alfredo sauce
Directions

1In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken.

2Remove chicken and set aside.

3Add onions, bacon and peas, stirring occasionally until onions are tender.

4Add wine or broth and cook 1 minute.

5Stir in alfredo sauce.

6Return chicken to skillet.

7Bring to boil.

8Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes and sprinkle with pepper.
