- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Cool slightly.

3Pull meat away from the bone and cut into bite size pieces.

4Mix sour cream with undiluted chicken soup and spread over chicken.

5Crush crackers with hand and spread over casserole.

6Melt margarine and dribble over crackers.

7Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. (This can be frozen.)
