- 2 (10 oz.) broccoli spears
- 4 to 6 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- buttered bread crumbs or cornflakes
Directions

1Mix together the last 3 ingredients.

2Layer broccoli on bottom of baking dish, then chicken.

3Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli.

4Top with cheese and buttered bread crumbs or cornflakes.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
