Chicken Casserole

  • 3 large or 4 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • dash of curry powder

Directions

    Boil chicken in salted water until done.

    Boil broccoli in salted water until tender.

    Tear chicken into bite size pieces and layer bottom of casserole dish and top with a layer of broccoli; spread 1/2 can of soup over top.

    Add dash of curry powder.

    Top with half of cheese.

    Repeat layers (do not repeat curry powder). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
