  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots combination)
  • 1 large handful grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Blend first 4 ingredients.

    Stir in chicken and vegetables. Spread into casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Mix cornflakes, butter and parsley together, then spread it over casserole mixture.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
