- 1 whole fryer
- 1 1/2 c. broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Stew chicken and save 1 1/2 cups of the broth.

2Debone the chicken and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Mix together 1 1/2 cups of broth with the soup and pour evenly over the chicken.

3Mix together Bisquick and milk; pour evenly over all.

4Top with butter and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
