  • 1 chicken, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces
  • 3 c. raw flat egg noodles
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • dash of garlic salt
  • black pepper

Directions

    Cook chicken and reserve broth.

    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

    Use broth to cook noodles.

    Mix noodles and chicken with all other ingredients.

    Place in buttered casserole dish.

    Top with crushed potato chips.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until bubbly and slightly brown.
