- 2 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Boil chicken breasts in salted water for 35 minutes.

2Tear off bones and cut in small pieces.

3Add soup and sour cream.

4Place in buttered casserole and top with 1 cup Town House cracker crumbs. Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over the top.

5Sprinkle liberally with poppy seed.

6Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
