  • 4 or 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • crushed potato chips

Directions

    Boil chicken breasts in salt water.

    Take meat off bones and place in casserole dish.
  3. 3
    Then mix and pour over chicken, the soup, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice.

    Cover top with crushed potato chips and bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
