  • 6 to 8 boned, skinned chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Arrange breasts in a 13 x 9-inch buttered pan.

    Pour rice over chicken.

    Mix remaining ingredients together.

    Pour over chicken and rice.

    Add salt and pepper and drop 1/2 to 1 stick butter on top of mixture.

    Bake, covered, 2 hours and another 1/2 hour uncovered at 350°.
