  • 1 chicken
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (follow directions on box)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook chicken. Cut onion and celery into casserole dish.

    Add mushrooms, stuffing and both cans of soup; mix well.

    Pick chicken off bone and add to casserole dish; mix well.

    Salt to taste.

    Put in oven at 400° until brown.

    Delicious hot or cold.
