- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. onion soup
- 1 (12 lb.) cut up chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place chopped butter in bottom of 2-quart casserole.

3Place chicken on top of rice; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
