  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 14 cup cold water
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup fine dry breadcrumb
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 14 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

    Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms, geat vigorously for 20 strokes.

    Gently smooth dough into ball on floured surface.

    Knead 5 times.

    Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted pie pan.

    Ease into pan, flute edge.

    Cook and stir gorund beef until brown; drain.

    Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, onion an dgreen peper.

    Spread into pie crust.
