- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (8 oz. size)
Directions

1Mix butter in saucepan; mix with 1 package of stuffing mix. Line bottom of 2 casserole dishes.

2Place diced chicken on top of stuffing mix.

3Mix both cans of soup with the 2 cups of chicken broth; pour over chicken.

4Sprinkle 1/2 package of stuffing mix over top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Can be frozen and baked later.
