- 4 large or 6 small chicken breasts, boiled, reserve broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box chicken stuffing mix
Directions

1Cut or tear chicken into bite size pieces, put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix and sour cream together.

3Spread on top of chicken.

4Make stuffing according to directions, using reserved chicken broth instead of water. Spread stuffing over top and cover with foil.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Uncover last 15 minutes.

7Yields 8 large servings.

8Can be prepared ahead of time, refrigerated and then baked.
