  • 1 medium chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag turkey stuffing

    Boil chicken until done; drain and set aside to cool. Save chicken broth. After cooking, remove chicken from bones. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put a layer of chicken and then a layer of stuffing; moisten stuffing with broth. In a separate bowl, mix both soups (still condensed) and layer all of it over stuffing. Then add another layer of chicken, then stuffing and moisten stuffing. Bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
