Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing, not cubes
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 can water
  • 1/4 lb. and 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Place chicken in casserole.

    Place Swiss cheese slices over chicken to cover.

    Mix water and soup together and pour over cheese and chicken.

    Sprinkle chopped onions, melted butter and toss with dressing.

    Mix and sprinkle all over the top.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
