  • chicken
  • 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Boil chicken and take off the bone.

    Melt Velveeta; add pimentos, garlic salt and onion.

    Place a layer of chicken and a layer of the mixture; keep repeating until all used up.

    Crush Tostitos and place on top.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
