- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. red wine
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 4 lean pork chops
Directions

1Mix wine, rosemary and thyme together; set aside.

2Take 4 pieces of foil, large enough to enclose chop loosely.

3Place 1 tablespoon of butter on dull side of foil, in center.

4Place chop on it, cover with 1/4 of mushrooms.

5Fold up sides to make an unleakable pouch; pour in 1/4 cup wine mixture, then fold over foil so that there is an airspace, but so it's sealed tightly. Repeat with other chops.
