- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, broken up
- 1/2 c. peas and carrots
- 1 small can mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 c. cooked chicken, ham, turkey, veal or pork
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook spaghetti, drain.

2Place in a buttered oblong casserole. Saute onion in margarine until soft. Remove from heat, blend in bouillon cube, mustard, salt and pepper.

3Slowly add milk and soup; stir.

4Then add mushrooms with the juice.

5Mix in meat, vegetables with sauce mixture, spoon over spaghetti.

6Sprinkle the cheese over top.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

8If too thick, add a little more milk.

9This can be frozen for future use.
