Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can green beans (undrained)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. pkg. noodles
  • 1 small can mushrooms or sliced olives (optional)
  • 1 c. potato chips, crushed
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Combine soups, green beans, sour cream and mayonnaise.

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Boil noodles as directed on package.

    Drain and spread in buttered pan while hot.

    Add layer of each, chicken, green beans, soup mixture, mushrooms, potato chips and cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
