Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. uncooked shell Creamettes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
  • 4 diced hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
  • ripe olives (optional)
  • water chestnuts (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well and place in buttered casserole.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Take out of refrigerator one hour ahead.

    Put crumbs or croutons on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Makes 1 large and 1 small casserole.
