  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • crackers (Ritz or Escort)
  • 1 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Crush crackers to make crust in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup melted butter to crackers.

    Top with boiled chicken. Mix soups and sour cream; pour over chicken.

    Top with crushed crackers and remaining butter.

    Bake at 400° until brown on top.
