- 6 whole boneless chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked a few minutes or 2 cans asparagus
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.

2Cut chicken breasts in half; saute with the preceding.

3Add remaining ingredients except the vegetables.

4Simmer until cheese melts.

5In 9 x 13-inch casserole, put vegetables on bottom; cover with chicken mixture. Bake at 350° to heat through, about 1/2 hour.

6Longer if taken out of the refrigerator.
