  • 3 c. diced cooked chicken breast
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's wild and long grain rice
  • 1 can Special Request Campbell's cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. light salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 can (soup) water

Directions

    Cook chicken breasts and chop.

    Cook rice with seasoning packet.

    Combine all ingredients gently.

    Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour at 350°.

    Top with crushed corn flakes before baking.
