  • 3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
  • 3 oz. whipped cream cheese with chives, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, divided
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon

    Place split breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 1/2-inch thick.

    Spread each with 3 tablespoons cream cheese; dot with 1/2 teaspoon butter.

    Fold ends over filling.

    Wrap 1 slice bacon around each.

    Secure with toothpick.

    Place seam side down in shallow pan.
