- 3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese with chives
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 6 slices bacon
Directions

1Place split breast between waxed paper.

2Pound to 1/2-inch thickness.

3Spread each with 3 tablespoons cheese mixture.

4Dot with 1/2 teaspoon butter.

5Fold ends over filling.

6(Some will ooze out during baking.)

7Wrap 1 slice bacon around each roll.

8Place seam side down in shallow baking pan.

9Bake on top rack in 400° oven 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear when meat is pierced.

10Broil about 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and golden.

11Makes 6 servings.
