  • 250 g ground chicken
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 12-2 cups corn flake crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 12 cup roasted cashews, finely chopped

Directions

    Combine all ingredients together and press mixture around bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Heat some oil in a pan over medium flame and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

    Serve with a satay sauce or place into long bread rolls and top with sweet chilli sauce, cheese & lettuce.
