- 1/3 c. green peppers
- 1/3 c. bean sprouts
- 1 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
- 8 oz. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. fresh pineapple
- 1/8 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
Directions

1Saute chicken with minced garlic in pan coated with vegetable cooking spray; cook until chicken is tender (about 30 minutes). Add vegetables and saute until tender.

2Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.

3Pour over chicken and vegetables and cook about 2 minutes or until completely heated.
