  • 2 c. cooked cubed chicken
  • 2 c. diced celery, boiled until tender
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
  • 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

    Mix and pile lightly in 8 1/4 x 13 1/4-inch Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle cheese, then potato chips over contents of dish. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
