- 4 chicken breasts, skinned
- 4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine chicken, water and salt in large boiler.

2Bring to boil and simmer until chicken is tender.

3Remove chicken from broth reserving 3 cups broth in boiler.

4Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and set aside.

5Add potatoes and carrots to broth. Bring to boil.

6Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.

7Add chicken, corn, tomato sauce and pepper and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

8Stir occasionally.

9Yields 2 quarts.
