- Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/3 c. Sauterne
- toasted almonds (optional)
Directions

1Place each breast in freezer Baggie.

2Pound lightly with mallet to make 1/4-inch thick cutlets, working from center out.
