  • 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
  • 6 thin slices ham
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/3 c. Sauterne
  • toasted almonds (optional)

Directions

    Place each breast in freezer Baggie.

    Pound lightly with mallet to make 1/4-inch thick cutlets, working from center out.

    Place cheese slice and ham slice on each piece of chicken.

    Tuck in sides and roll up, pressing to seal well.

    May use toothpicks.

    Coat with bread crumbs.

    Heat butter or canola oil in skillet.

    Brown chicken.

    Remove to 11 x 7-inch casserole dish.
