- 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 4 slices cooked ham, thin
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. white wine or 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- milk
- fresh or canned mushrooms
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt margarine and blend in flour and salt.

2Add wine.

3Drain mushroom liquid and add enough milk to make 2 cups.

4Gradually stir into margarine mixture.

5Place over medium heat, stir and cook until sauce thickens.

6If using fresh mushrooms, slice and saute in a little margarine.
