  • 1 large (46 oz.) can chicken broth (low salt)
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. celery
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. wide egg noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn

Directions

    Put chicken broth in pot with diced celery, pepper, parsley and egg noodles (break up some).

    Cook for 1 1/4 hours.

    Add cooked chicken and can of creamed corn and simmer for 30 minutes.
