Make Ahead Breakfast Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 to 9 slices bread
  • 1/4 lb. Monterey cheese
  • 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar
  • 1/4 lb. or 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Cube bread and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Layer cheese, mushrooms, onion and meat.

    Combine eggs, milk and salt in blender, processor or mixer.

    Add dry mustard and paprika and blend.

    Pour over top.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes at 350° or until silver knife inserted in center comes clean.
