- wings, back, giblets and upper legs of a fryer
- 3 potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 pt. corn
- 3 ribs celery
- few flakes crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cover chicken with water, salt and pepper and cook until done. Take chicken out of broth to cool.

2Chop potatoes, onion and celery.

3Add to the chicken broth along with the corn.

4Add crushed pepper flakes.

5Cook until done.

6Pick chicken off bones and add to soup.

7This can be used as is or thicken with rice, noodles or rivels.

8If you use any of these, cook again until done.
