  • about 3 lb. chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 stick celery, cut up
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • fresh or canned corn (in desired amount)
  • cut up hard-boiled eggs

Directions

    Cook chicken until tender in water with onion, celery, salt and pepper. Debone chicken and return to broth. Add corn. Just before serving, add eggs.
