Chicken Cornbread Casserole

  • 1 pkg. cornbread dressing
  • 2/3 stick margarine
  • 1 chicken, boiled, boned and skinned or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. broth
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Melt oleo and 1/2 dressing. Put in bottom of baking dish. Layer remaining ingredients in this order: chicken, sour cream, soup and milk mixed, remainder of dressing. Pour broth over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
