Ingredients

  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 2 tops green pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c. mushroom slices
  • 4 to 6 oz. cooked and cubed chicken
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice

    Cook all ingredients except rice in a pan for 5 minutes.

    Stir in rice.

    Cook at 375° in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or on stove top until heated through.
