- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken (about 3 breasts)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. dried onion flakes
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing, mixed with 1 stick melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except stuffing and melted butter.

3Put stuffing mix over top, spreading evenly.

4Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.
