  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 1 Red Onion or 8 small onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Jeera
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 5 slices cocunut

Directions

    Grind together jeera, cinnamon, onion, tomatoes, ginger-garlic

    Heat oil, add grinded mixture and saute till raw smell leaves.

    Add chicken and saute till colour changes.

    Pressure cook for 3 minutes.

    Grind cocunut, cashews and poppy seeds.
  6. 6
    Add to chicken curry and simmer for 10 min.
