- 2 oz (56 grm) ginger, chopped
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) chili powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) paprika
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) turmeric
- salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) allspice
- 8 oz (224 grm). yogurt
- 1 oz (28 grm). green coriander, for garnish

Directions

1Fry onions in oil until golden brown.

2Add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, chili powder, paprika, turmeric, and salt.

3Add yogurt and cook 7-10 minutes on medium fire until done (the oil separates from the mixture).

4Add chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is tender.
