Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked and cubed boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cook and cube boneless chicken into small 1/2 to 1/4-inch cubes.

2Set aside.

3In a large skillet, melt butter; add onions and saute until tender.

4Add flour and curry powder, stirring constantly.

5Gradually add chicken broth and milk.

6Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

7Stir in rest of ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.
