  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 medium apple, diced
