- 4 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.

2Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.

3Remove chicken and stir in 1 cup plain yogurt.

4Blend well.

5Remove 1/4 cup of mixture, blend in 2 tablespoons flour and return to cooker.

6Add chicken back in and simmer to thicken.

7Serve over rice.
