Chicken Curry Buns

  • 200 g Canned tomoatoes
  • 150 g Chicken, cubed
  • 2 Roma tomoatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Fresh buns, any kind
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Tumeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder

    Gather your ingredients and combine all the *spice mix* spices together in a small bowl

    Cook your canned tomatoes on a medium heat in a lightly oiled pan, add the *spice mix* and let this cook down for 5 minutes.

    Because it's going in a bun, we want this quite thick.

    In another pan, gently cook your chicken pieces until cooked through and lightly browned
  5. 5
    Then add the chicken to your spices and tomato sauce and cook for a further 2 or 3 minutes.

    For the last 30 seconds add in your chopped fresh cilantro

    Load your bun with the curried chicken, top with sliced fresh tomatoes and serve!

    Delicious as-is, or goes great with a side salad of chilled lettuce and cucumber.
