- 2 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- garlic and onion powder to taste
- 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
Directions

1Arrange chicken cutlets in baking dish, sprinkling them with garlic and onion powder.

2On first layer, spread marmalade. Arrange second layer, sprinkle with garlic and onion powder and spread with marmalade.

3Mix wine with orange juice and pour over cutlets.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
