- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 5 c. plain flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 heaping tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix ingredients well.

2Add yeast mixture and mix well.

3Put in a tight plastic covered container and put in refrigerator overnight.

4Pinch amount of dough you need and knead it on a floured board.

5Roll or cut into biscuits.

6Place on a greased pan.

7Bake at 450°.

8When biscuits begin to brown, brush tops with melted butter.

9Dough will keep in refrigerator about 25 days.
