  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced paper thin
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced paper thin
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Grease cookie sheet and top of bread, then let rise for several hours.

    Cut dough in half.

    Roll each section as thin as possible (12 x 15-inch).
