  • 6-1/4 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 qt. red peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 3 qt. tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 qt. Canned pitted black olives, drained
  • 3 qt. cucumbers, sliced
  • 3 qt. red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 150 each chicken tenders, cooked

Directions

    For each serving: Toss 2 cups lettuce and 1/4 cup each peppers, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and onions in large bowl.

    Add 2 Tbsp.

    dressing; toss to coat.

    Place on serving plate; top with 3 chicken tenders.
